College was fun. I had all the freedom in the World. Watched almost all the movies as soon as they were released. I had all the time in the World to Eat, Sleep and make Merry.
Work is fun. I have all the freedom at Work. But there are some rules. Its not a 9-5 job, some days I work for longer hours. I don’t get to watch as many movies these days. My college got over on the 19th of April and I’ve been with Indiainteracts from 20th. People ask me why I haven’t taken a break ? I never had the need. I wasn’t into any medical studies in college. I had all the fun at college. Movies. Night outs. Pondycherry. Electric train. Canteen. Class rooms. I’ve had more fun in the class rooms than in the canteen. When I’ve been this way, I seriously see no need for a break.
When I joined as a Producer, I had no anchor, so I had to do things myself. I messed it big time. But now I guess I am pretty okay at it. Today I did a show on the movie Chennai 600028 at iNox. One of the main guy in the movie Shiva had come to iNox, so roped him into the show as well. Shiva is an RJ with Radio Mirchi and he fits in perfectly for the boy next door role.
In one way, work is absolutely cool. Meeting new people. After shoot I got back to office to start the editing when we get an invite for A.R.Rahman’s Press Meet. Hurray ! Within minutes we reached The Park and set the equipments in place when The Legend entered. Vasundhra Dass was the surprise element. After the event I had to get back to office to edit and upload the Chennai 600028 show. I was in the shoot when Ruth called. Ruth from The New Indian Express is doing a story on the RTFF. It will be on tomorrow’s City Express if no lazy old sub editor chops it off.
By the way, I met a girl a week back. I felt she is hawt ! I met her today in a totally unexpected way. It was a pleasant surprise (atleast for me). If we meet again within a week, do you think it is destiny ? Is Venus trying to say something ?

It is not destiny mundum, it is coincidence. Both of u are reporters in the entertainment industry. So it is inevitable for u to not meet her.

rtff is the talk of the town but the media report has just increased pressure on us, all our work would now be media centric which should be avoided … what say ?
